About Me

I'm Michelle Clements, the founder of Michelle Clements Fitness and Wellbeing. Since 2017, I've been on a mission to help clients safely and effectively achieve their fitness goals and get into shape.

My passion for sport and fitness has been a driving force since my early years. I've personally taken on numerous endurance challenges, including completing 11 marathons with a personal best time of 3:29. In addition to my marathon achievements, I've qualified for the World Champions Age Group HYROX Championships, showcasing my dedication to pushing the boundaries of fitness.

I thrive on a combination of strength training, cardio, and metabolic style workouts to maintain my own fitness.

The love for sport and fitness runs deep in my family. Both of my daughters have built successful careers—one as a Sports therapist and the other as a PE teacher. Their achievements have inspired me to expand my career into training children and adults of all ages and abilities.
