Working together I will assist you in your health and fitness journey. I will design a realistic, achievable personalised training plan, tailored to your goals. Health and fitness isn't always easy, but training and becoming healthier is something everyone can achieve. As your trainer, I will guide and motivate you, to reaching your health and fitness goal.
18:45PM - 1 hour
BOOTCAMP - MONDAY & WEDNESDAY
Location: Edmondscote athletics track
These sessions includes a full body metabolic work out including a mix of cardio, core and strength with the use of weighted slam balls and resistance bands.
09:30 AM - 1 hour
OVER 50's CLUB- TUESDAY &THURSDAY
As we age our fitness goals change due to a decrease in hormones which leads to weight gain, join pain, muscle loss and accelerated decrease in bone density. These small group personal training sessions target those suffering with perimenopause and menopausal symptoms, beginners and those returning from injury.
