7am-9pm

PERSONAL TRAINING- MONDAY-SATURDAY

Location: Outdoor Parks/ At your home

 
Working together I will assist you in your health and fitness journey. I will design a realistic, achievable personalised training plan, tailored to your goals. Health and fitness isn't always easy, but training and becoming healthier is something everyone can achieve. As your trainer, I will guide and motivate you, to reaching your health and fitness goal.

18:15PM - 1 hour

BOOTCAMP - TUESDAY & THURSDAY

Location: Victoria Park


This sessions includes a full body metabolic work out including a mix of cardio, core and strength with the use of weighted slam balls and resistance bands. Due to current restrictions, social distancing is in place and no sharing of equipment (equipment is provided).

10:30 AM - 1 hour

BOOTCAMP - SATURDAY

Location: Victoria Park.


This sessions includes a full body metabolic work out including a mix of cardio, core and strength with the use of weighted slam balls and resistance bands. Due to current restrictions, social distancing is in place and no sharing of equipment (equipment is provided).

This sessions is suitable for those new to exercise and looking to start or returning from injury or illness. Max 6 individuals per session. Session is tailored to all needs and includes a full body metabolic work out including a mix of cardio, core and strength. Due to current restrictions, social distancing is in place and no sharing of equipment (equipment is provided).

14:00PM - 1 hour
