Location: Leamington Lawn & Tennis Club Fitness Suite / Outdoor Sessions / Online (on request) / Home Visits (on request) 

 
Working together I will assist you in your health and fitness journey. I will design a realistic, achievable personalised training plan, tailored to your goals. Health and fitness isn't always easy, but training and becoming healthier is something everyone can achieve. As your trainer, I will guide and motivate you, to reaching your health and fitness goal.

6.30PM - 50 Minute  Session

SMALL GROUP PT-MONDAY

Location: Kings High School - Fully Equipped Gym

These sessions take place in a fully equipped gym you'll experience a mix of strength training, cardio, and functional fitness exercises. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to take your workouts to the next level, our class is designed to meet you where you are. Michelle will adjust exercises and intensity to match your individual fitness level, so you can build strength, improve endurance, and reach your goals with confidence.

9.30AM - 1 Hour Session

OVER 40'S CLUB - TUESDAYS

Location: Warwick 

(Ladies ONLY)

 As we age our fitness goals change due to a decrease in hormones which leads to weight gain, joint pain, muscle loss and accelerated decrease in bone density. These small group personal training sessions target those suffering with perimenopause and menopausal symptoms, beginners and those returning from injury.

6.45PM - 45 Minute Session

BODY CONDITIONING - THURSDAY

Location: Leamington Lawn & Tennis Club 

 

Body conditioning is a whole body work out to improve your overall fitness focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning. 

Low intensity options to suit beginners and those returning from injury.

I'm Michelle Clements, the founder of Michelle Clements Fitness and Wellbeing. Since 2017, I've been on a mission to help clients safely and effectively achieve their fitness goals and get into shape.

My passion for sport and fitness has been a driving force since my early years. I've personally taken on numerous endurance challenges, including completing 11 marathons with a personal best time of 3:29. In addition to my marathon achievements, I've qualified for the World Champions Age Group HYROX Championships, showcasing my dedication to pushing the boundaries of fitness.

I thrive on a combination of strength training, cardio, and metabolic style workouts to maintain my own fitness.

The love for sport and fitness runs deep in my family. Both of my daughters have built successful careers—one as a Sports therapist and the other as a PE teacher. Their achievements have inspired me to expand my career into training children and adults of all ages and abilities.
