Having held a passion for sport and fitness since a young age, I have competed in many endurance events over the years including completing 10 marathons and many distances under.
More recently I enjoy a combination of strength training, cardio and metabolic style training. Sport and fitness has continued through the family line. My daughters have both built successful careers as a Sports therapist and a PE teacher. This has inspired me to continue my career into training children and adults of all ages and abilities.
